Want to make a functional piece of art for your kitchen that all your friends will talk about when they come over? Then I hope to see you at my acrylic/resin lazy susan class!! I'll teach you various ways of mixing acrylic paint and different pouring techniques to create a gorgeous one-of-a-kind lazy susan. You will also learn how to mix and pour resin over your painted lazy susan to give it a glossy shine. (You will do the resin step at home or I can do it for you and you can pick your board up at the art center at a later date). You will be given easy to follow written instructions as well as a link to a video for the resin step. I will also demonstrate in class on a dried painted lazy susan so you will be completely comfortable when you get home. If you choose to do the resin step at home you will need a cremé brulé torch.
You will need to choose at least 3 colors and either white, black, silver, or gold for accent colors for best results. You will enter color choices in check out. Don't just write red or blue, try to be more specific "light blue, sky blue, maroon, etc and I will do my best to accommodate all colors. You can choose to add some of another color that strikes your interest in class, but please try to stick to the colors you chose so we don't run out.
All class supplies provided and no experience necessary...just bring the fun and your listening ears :-)
